Cost Includes
Pre-payment Consultation
Project discussions and agreements, Time and Materials to produce the bespoke piece of Art
Produced during project - 1 x Draft Piece of Art; 2 x Edit Opportunities Post Client Feedback 1 x Final Piece
Shipping (Prints come unframed and rolled), packaging and handling costs included in pricing
One Off Guarantee - Image will be an edition of 1/1 and signed. Photographer retains copyright and use for marketing material, but the work will never be replicated or further edition. Certificate of authenticity provided.
Not Included
Extensive Travel costs would be extra (Scope agreed during consultation before payment)
Framing and/or Other presentation costs, these would be an 10% fee (10% of framing costs) charged for my time to provide the service and handling
Shipping costs over and above the initial print (See included)
Sales Tax is additional where applicable.
The 3 phases of pricing and fee’s associated ensures a two way commitment to the project.
Part 1 - Nominal consultation fee ($25) to discuss and visualize project - can be in person, over the phone or via Skype/FaceTime. Comes off the full project fee if we agree to continue
Part 2 - We send you a write up of the project and scope for your review and agreement. At this point we ask for a deposit ($270) (At this stage we will also invoice any additional agreed Travel and Expense costs).
Part 3 - Completion of Project - Final print ready post proofing and edits and at agreement ($700) (at this stage we will also invoice any additional cost in terms of framing)
