November 8th: Its funny how one get's more patriotic when one is away from blighty! Now we were a few days into the trip and had crossed into Namibia for the first time and it was bonfire night!
Now myself and a few other fellow brits decided we were not going to let this night go unmarked (I will ignore the fact I have not done this is NYC for 5 years ha!) so we decided to build our very own Guy Fawkes out of the Fancy Dress outfits that you may have seen earlier in the blogs.
Needless to say we constructed the best guy ever, Thanks to help from Ed and John, 'Terry' was put together in short order and was ready for a good burning! We left the throwing on the bonfire to John as it was his birthday!
