Good news! Featuring this month in the DC Design House is a photograph from the series Where Did My Toys Go? This is a result of a collaboration with designer Regan Billingsley who is one of the 21 designers who have been selected for the 2013 DC Design House. The house is open for a month and is a fundraiser for the Children’s National Medical Center.
Where Did My Toys Go? is a collection of staged photographs evoking memories of ones youth and childhood on an adult scale, in a familiar landscape, my new playground, New York City. The Collection is now on view at francisminien.com.
Fresh Ideas for a Happy Home. Regan's philosophy is that a home should reflect a client's personality and lifestyle. Through a thoughtful and deliberate approach to design, she creates environments that convey comfort, harmony, and lack of pretense.
Regan Billingsley Interiors offers a full range of decoration and renovation services in DC, New York, Los Angeles, and beyond. She has also enjoyed creating spaces for Polo Ralph Lauren.
The firm's work has been featured in regional publications, including The New York Times, Naples News, and the Rehobeth Coast Press. They have also contributed to projects published in Elle Decor, Robb Report, and House Beautiful.
The 2013 DC Design House, the foremost annual residential design attraction in the region, is a leading fundraising event for Children’s National Medical Center.
